Want to learn how to cook like a Tuscan? This is your chance! Across an afternoon Costanza and Serena will teach you their culinary secrets as you prepare a Tuscan feast.
We begin with a tour of the estate to select the vegetables and herbs you will be cooking with. You will learn how we grow them and how to choose the best products when you get back home.
It’s a very hands-on experience, we encourage you to roll up your sleeves and get involved! All of it takes place around the kitchen table in our family home. The focus is on traditional Florentine cuisine and the classes are personalised, offering you a range of five course menus to choose from so you can learn the dishes and techniques that most interest you… it could be pasta, risotto, the perfect bruschetta, our famous ragu, potato frittata with truffle oil, ossobuco, Serena’s legendary raspberry tiramisu and so much more!
The classes are for all skill levels, from cooking enthusiasts to relative novices and of course we love to teach kids (often our best students!!). We will give you a booklet with the menu and recipes, in English, to take home.
Once we have finished the class, the next thing is to eat! Dinner is served in the 16th century dining room, a wonderful location to enjoy the food you have learned how to make. And…a great memory of your vacation in Tuscany.
